PLAYER PATHWAY PROGRAMME EXAMPLES

The Football College is located within the stadium of a professional EFL club, and those deemed good enough can access trials in the EFL. However, The Football College operates independently and always looks to provide the best and appropriate pathway for every player as an individual.

Internal and singular pathways are restrictive due to the limited number of positions in a football team. The Football College prides itself on its unique Player Pathway Porgramme (PPP) which utilises its multiple, regional and national networks for Player development and progression.

Across the football pyramid from EFL to Level 10 (NW Counties) and all those inbetween (National league, Evo-stik) The Football College provides via its networks the best progression for its players based on key factors. These are ability, playing position, geography and club ethos.

Individual players no matter how talented can find their development blocked by a singualar pathway approach. The TFC model ensures that this is never the case and the individual can therefore reach their full potential.
